I’m still waiting on my refund and honestly... it’s getting frustrating!! I keep checking, but there’s still nothing showing up for me??? Really hoping this gets sorted out soon!!!

I had a rough time using the site. The pages felt slow, the menu wasn’t easy to figure out, and even finding simple information took way longer than it should have. I caught myself wanting to just close it and move on more than once. By the end, I was just frustrated and disappointed because it really shouldn’t be that hard to get around a website

It fell apart way sooner than I expected. I reached out hoping to get a quicker response, but the whole experience was disappointing.

I ordered from galartsy.com, and the shipping was frustrating. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely seemed to move for days, and there weren’t really any clear updates to explain what was going on. I totally understand that delays can happen and I don’t want to blame them for things outside their control, but from a customer point of view, this felt way too slow. The lack of communication made it worse. I probably won’t order again unless they improve the shipping updates.

I was kind of expecting better quality for what I paid, but I’m not sure it really matched the price. It looked fine overall, just not anything special enough to justify what they’re charging. I feel like I’ve bought similar items for less elsewhere. Maybe it’s just not for me, but it didn’t feel like a great value, and I probably wouldn’t order again

I was bummed when the artwork showed up. I kept looking at it, then back at the sample style, then back at the piece again, like maybe my brain was just not catching up or something. But no, the colors looked dull and muddy, and the face was off in a way that made it feel awkward to look at, not just a tiny difference.
I know custom stuff can vary, and maybe some people get pieces they love, but mine felt rushed and kind of cheap. The annoying part is I had already pictured where I was going to hang it, and now it’s just sitting there because I don’t want it on my wall. Definitely a 1 star experience for me.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this, the print quality was bad. It looked really cheap in person and definitely not like what I expected

I was excited to make a custom gift, but the personalization options were way more basic than I expected. I thought I’d be able to adjust things like the text, colors, and layout, but there really wasn’t much control.

A lot of the choices felt locked in, and the preview didn’t let me see things the way I wanted. Maybe I missed something, but the whole process felt confusing and restrictive, like they were more focused on getting the order through than actually helping me make something personal.

For something advertised as personalized, I expected it to feel a lot more special. Instead, it came across like a quick add-on they charge extra for without giving you many real options. Definitely not what I was hoping for, so it’s 1 star from me.

The box arrived crushed with the corners ripped up. I was—i wasn’t happy at all with how it showed up.

They sold me an item they didn't have in stock.  They shipped me the incomplete order, no refund or acknowledge the item wasn't sent.

I reach out. They ask me to prove with a photo I didn't receive it?  I tell them to check the shipping weight, verify what the total item weights should have been, and send what they forgot.  

They admit they never had it in stock and so can't resend.  I have to ask directly for a refund.  Customer service agent named Vier calls me unprofessional, very passive aggressively?  

This company is run by children, the suppliers they drop ship from are letting them down, and they seemingly can't cope.  

I felt a bit misled after using this paint. The colors looked nice when I picked it out, but once it was on the wall, everything looked dull and flat. The paint also felt really thin, like it wasn’t covering the way it should. What made it worse was that it started chipping much sooner than I expected. Definitely not the quality I thought I was getting, and I’m disappointed.

I ordered a custom image and it come out really bad. It wasn’t looking anything like what I wanted, so I was disappointed.

I’m disappointed with how this turned out. The image looked sharp enough in the preview, but the actual print came out really fuzzy and nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I feel like this should’ve been caught before printing, because now I’m stuck with something I can’t really use.

I reached out to support and never heard anything back. It’s really frustrating to be ignored, especially when I expected the issue to be taken seriously. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for the time and hassle

I was disappointed because after just one use the brushes were already shedding all over the place and I thought maybe it was just a few loose bristles at first but it kept happening and they really didn’t hold up like I expected...

I ordered a custom print and somehow ended up with the wrong size and the wrong color. I reached out to support, but they kept insisting it matched my order when it definitely didn’t. Disappointing experience overall, and if this is how issues get handled, I’ll probably take my future orders somewhere else

I tried to return my order and the process just left me feeling frustrated. From my experience, the policy doesn’t seem very fair, especially when you’re just trying to get help with something that didn’t work out...

I bought this thinking it would make a nice little gift, but yeah, it just didn’t feel all that special when it arrived. The presentation was plain, and not something I’d be excited to hand someone for their birthday. It’s probably fine if you’re just getting it for yourself, but as a gift, it was a bit of a letdown

Beware - poor quality and misleading refund policy
Beware! I purchased a bomber jacket for $160. The quality and fit was very poor, with thin material and an extremely long torso that's supposed to be "unisex" but not shaped for a woman's figure. I tried to return it but was told it was made "on demand" and not eligible for return. This was NOT mentioned on the product page or home page. You have to go to the refund page, open the link and find out which products are not refundable. Shop elsewhere!

I really wanted to use Galartsy, but I regret spending as much time on it as I did. The instructions just weren’t clear, and it felt like some steps were missing, so I kept sitting there guessing what I was supposed to do next.
